Dish pit attendant • Ukum, Benue State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ukum, Benue State. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
