Road roller operator — Southampton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Southampton County, Virginia. Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
