What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
