Pot washer — Caroline County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Caroline County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
