Immediate opening: lifting rigger (Kebbi State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Argungu, Kebbi State. You will be based at a power plant. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Rotating shifts.
