The role involves set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
