Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Ekeremor, Bayelsa State. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Your main tasks: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Overtime paid at a premium rate.
