Pastry baker — Whitley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Whitley County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
