Finishing presser — Okpokwu

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Okpokwu, Benue State. On a typical shift you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
