Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Six days a week, one day off.
