Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Pickens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Pickens County, Alabama. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. On a typical shift you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
