Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Day to day you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying.
