Steward • Ijebu North East, Ogun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Ijebu North East, Ogun State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
