Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Beaverhead County, Montana. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Check for underground cables and services before digging You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
