Panel welder wanted in Izzi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Izzi, Ebonyi State. The job is at an automobile body shop. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness 4+ years on the tools preferred.
