Café server — Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Putnam County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
