Tiling assistant — Barry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Barry County, Missouri. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Day to day you will apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
