On a typical shift you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions.
