Oven operator wanted in Ards and North Down

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
