Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Augusta County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
