You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
