Powder coating line operator wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Marion County, Arkansas. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
