Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
