Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Mineral County, Colorado. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
