Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Wayne County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Performance bonus on top of base pay.
