You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Full-time with occasional weekends.
