Packing operative • Monroe County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing operative in Monroe County, Illinois. You will be based in a cold-storage packing unit. You should have: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Able to follow health and safety procedures The role involves: • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
