Crane operator — Butts County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Butts County, Georgia. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Requirements: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
