Cold store insulation technician — Lake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Lake County, Oregon. You will be based on a construction site. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Part-time with flexible hours.
