Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Choctaw County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Rotating shifts.
