Mining dozer operator • Jefferson County, Oregon

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Jefferson County, Oregon. The role involves: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
