Toolroom milling operator — Andrews County

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Andrews County, Texas. You will work in a die and mould making unit. The role involves deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
