Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Clay County, West Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking.
