Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Gibson County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
