Confectioner — Wayne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Wayne County, Mississippi. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
