Waterproofing applicator — Alexander County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Alexander County, North Carolina. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
