Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Henry County, Indiana. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred.
