Vertical transportation technician — Dundy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Dundy County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
