Surface coating operator wanted in Sullivan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Sullivan County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
