Baker — Warren County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Warren County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
