We are recruiting: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Grundy County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
