Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
