Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Guri, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
