Immediate opening: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Lucas County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
