Powder coating technician — Oneida County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Oneida County, Idaho. The job is in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off.
