On a typical shift you will pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; check fuel and tyre pressure before every shift.
