Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Antelope County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
