Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Miller County, Arkansas. The job is at a plant hire yard. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Rotating shifts.
