Cook wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Madison County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
