What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
